@Laura460 the adviser you spoke to is wrong (not for the first time, I'm afraid). Sky have confirmed to the Superuser group here that both the letter and the preceding text message are genuine.

@Corkm  Did they have your address on the envelope? Sky always sends me letters with my full adress, This envelope just had my name & Eircode! I will be ignoring that letter anyway makes no sense.

Yes full address but went on sky website trying to update details and tells me my IBAN is invalid

@Mark39  the text messages & letters are a scam, as the return address is Spanish. Sky are dealing with them as I notified Sky Ireland.
