My internet stopped working on my phone. I called sky and they told me to order a new SIM card which I did then it still didn't work so I called back and have been told fraud has been detected with my number so all internet has been blocked k am now told I need to wait up to 8 days for a call back. Is there anything to do because I'm paying my bill to not be able to use my phone.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Rhiannon3690 If Sky have told you they have blocked the service until they investigate fraud on your account then there is nothing anyone can do for you until that investigation is completed.
