International Saver billing

I am wanting to use International Saver but do not want to pay for 2 months. When I log in it says my next bill will incur 2 charges :

1)The first few days of usage

2) next month in advance

If I wanted to activate this from 1st September would it be best to activate that day. My billing cycle is the 10th of the month. I am unsure if this is a calendar monthly charge or a billing month charge. If it is across a billing month then is it 2 months charge for activation on 1st September?

Re: International Saver billing

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

You are billed from date you get this added to your account so it is possible it will be split across two bills. As we are billed in advance it is quite possible that when you cancel that you will have been billed for the period it is removed from your account so should that happen you will be credited back any overpayment on a future bill,
