Currently have sky q moved to a new home that supplies sky broadband but won't allow a dish so streaming is only option went from helpful advisor then transferred to Asian advisor who was rude and quoting me £104 to stream , felt that call had been intercepted by possibly a scam . Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreVery unlikely imo. I presume you rang an official number for Sky and not one found on an internet search?
To contact Sky dial 150 free from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile.
Alternatively you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and a 0333 number is displayed.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated 0818 ROI number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).
