Installation cancellation

My broadband is due to be installed today, I've just looked at my order updates and it says installation has been cancelled. I haven't cancelled this and there has been no communication from sky informing me that it's been cancelled. I've had to use a days annual leave for this installation. Having no communication from sky is absolutely disgusting, now I remember why I left sky in the first place.

Not sure what you are asking but if you want to find out if it is has been cancelled then you will need to speak to Sky.
