My Sky Upgrade was cancelled.
I was sent a text to say somebody would be in touch to discuss a reschedule.
Nobody has been in touch.
I have emailed Sky, but have had no reply.
When would I expect contact?

Sky don't use email for general communication which will,probably explain why you haven't had a reply by that method.
Have you tried calling? If you need to call Sky you can call free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, otherwise you can use:

UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up.

Upgrade from Sky+HD to the new Sky.
Bizarre they haven't called me when committing to do so.
last thing I want to do is wait on hold in an IVR
