Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

 

If you decide to move to another provider you'll be in the same position in 18/24 months, at which point you could return to Sky gaining the new customer benefits.

Took me 4 months and nine hours of calls to get the deal I was offered to renew my broadband. Renewed 3 weeks ago tv package same problems again. No answers no management you can speak to and promises of call backs. Never happens
