Increase in payment without notifying me

I was paying £25 month on social tarif now I just noticed you increased the price by £10 month without notifying me first I am really unhappy about this wish to speak way someone about this

You aren’t directly contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.


The social tariff now lasts for 24 months and then reverts to the full cost but if you’re still eligible you will then need to re-apply.
