Incorrect monthly payment

I'm on a £26 per month contract for 24 months, I've recently moved house and obviously had a slightly irregular payment on moving month, but now am apparently on a £39 per month deal. Has there been a 50% increase in charges in January or do I need to see why someone has changed my account without permission.? Thanks.

@Stu24

What services? Discounted deals are normally 18 months not 24 so could the 18 month discount have ended? Try comparing a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ
www.sky.com/bill.

If your discount has ended you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another 18 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount so if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

You can either call Sky or use the following link

Re: Incorrect monthly payment

I'm only a few months into it and it was definitely 24 months at £26.

Will just have to give them a bell, thanks.

Sky do very few fixed price contracts.  I suspect it would have included 'prices can change' clause.

Re: Incorrect monthly payment

So I also subscribed to a£25 a month 18 months  broadband contract they charged me £25 for the first month and £29 ever since. But yet I can't see any changes on my where the £4 extra has come from.

Sounds like the price increase last April?
