Incorrect Billing

Hello, 

We have been charged today £82.39 from our account. I received an email from yourselves saying that this would be charged on 26th October after our current contract runs out, this is 6 days early. Please can you look into this for me and refund as we do not want to pay the increase you are imposing. 

Also last month you over charged us. it was supposd to be £65 not £72. Please can you explain why this is and refund us immediatly. there was no notification of this ncrease either. 

I ahve been with you for years and the service is just getting more and more expensive and is not sustainable for us to stay with you. Unless you can offer a very good deal we will be leaving.

Yiu are not talking to Sky by posting on here as this is a place where customers help each other.

 

With Sky billing is done in advance so if you are due a price change then this will be shown on whenever your next bill is due to be paid.
