Incompetent staff

In Augustn 2025 it will 2 years since i have been with SKY, i was initially referred by my brother and we were both meant the get £75 vouchers which we both received however my brother's voucher worked just fine but mine had an issue. I have been trying to resolve this issue since 2023 and been going round in circles, i recently thought i would chase it up and again got transfered to numerous colleagues who literally goes with a script and has absolutely no common sense, i even spoke to a manager on the 11/04/25  for 1hour and half and he said after 7 days the voucher will be released to me and yet again was just a lie or perhaps he did not have a clue what he was talking about. Bear in mind this has been happening atleat 5 times on seperate occasions where i have been waiting 7 days but got nothing, i even spoke to the 3rd party that deal with the vouchers but referred back to SKY.

I rang the clueless team today 23/04/25 and the lady on the phone said i need to wait another 7 days which i refused and told them i would rather make a formal complaint, luckily i have recorded the conversation which i think new customers should be aware before they tie themselves to a contract - will post on social media shortly.

Anyway managed to get the complaint department and had to re explained myself for countless times all over again and she said to hold the lines for 2 minutes and conveniently the line got disconnected and she coiuld not be bothered to ring back [removed].

I do not care about the voucher anymore, i have decided to leave SKY when my contract runs out.

 

I have always been a virgin customer but it is a shame they are not in this area.

 

What is shocking is you repeat yourself over and over again and gets you nowhere, they keep the voucher and probably conned the next customer but i have had it with them.

i have tried it and did not work, i have a few voucher codes that does not work either.

I know its ridiculous and specially when you pay alot of money for the service.. the issue is that their aren't trained they only go with what is on the script..
