Re: In Contract Discount ends in July
It's a bit early to call yet.
If your discounted minimum term has ended or its ending soon the best new discounts are still normally acquired by contacting Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will require a new 24 month minimum term contract.
Significant discounts are harder to come by these days so if you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer is unlikely to be available when you call back. Also remember you’re not a new customer so don’t expect anything close to a new customer deal.
See this link…

If you decide it’s no longer value for money and you’re thinking of changing providers remember that in 18/24 months time you'll be in the same position with that company at which point you'll be able to return to Sky and benefit from the new customer discounts available at that particular time.

Hi @ellymay122 Your guess is as good as ours, but you are not billed by an email, my billing in the My Sky App has always been accurate and correct. I can only assume that the actual collection is generated from that system.

My minimum term did not end till late January 2028 which was actually fairly new contract I used the April increase cancellation clause to cancel somethings I did not use any more ie multiroom with mini box ultra tv pack with Netflix boost and uhd, which I did cancel. While I was on the advisor told me she could reduce the rest on my package by another £10. Though this would involve a new 2 year contract which I agreed and gave me extra discount on signature, Sky sports and tnt sport. In fact the discount wiped out on these the increase s on these iteams what the April increase had put up. Though it was a new minimum term in reality it only a extra month as it was the end of FebruaryI phoned, also by giving me a new contract the April increase won't now happen till may because of the 60 days no increase clause on new contracts
