I signed up to Sky in January 2024. I was promised a £60 voucher but have not received it. I have emailed Sky and they sent me a holding reply. Would like to speak to a person but can't find a number. Rang customer service but the link they sent is not helpful???

How did you sign up via Sky, was it directly via the Sky website or did you use a comparison website ?
