I want to cancel Disney on my account

I want to remove Disney from my account but the only option I've been provided with to do so is a phone number. 

I don't want to spend time waiting and then have someone try to offer me things, I just want to remove it. 

Can anyone help?

You do need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "Yes, I still need help" at the bottom of the page.

Thanks for the info. I managed to get through to the chat but they requested security information I had never set up. They then asked for letters from my mum's maiden name but said the letters were wrong. They then advised the only way to change that info to access the account is by phoning. Just a cycle of annoyance 🤯
