I’ve tried linking my account to my sky id and I’ve put in all the correct details

I've tried to link my sky account to my sky id but it won't let me do this and is saying the information I have provided isn't linked to an account even thought I've put all the correct details in

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
