I’ve reinstated my services

I've paid my overdue balance set up a new Direct Debit and everything and it's says my services still aren't available why like I just paid the money, and to make it worse I checked my message via the sky app and apparently they're sending me a return parcel when I didn't want to and don't want to return it anyway someone help please

How behind were you in arrears?

If your payment is 2+ weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. If you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription (but you’ll still owe the arrears).

If this is part of a credit agreement purchase (mobile or Sky Glass) non payment can see the credit agreement cancelled at which point the full amount becomes due in one payment.

Well the bill was due from  21st of February and I've only now been able to pay the £46 but they're making me return it and I don't want to becasue the tv is terrible, if that's the case I want the money for the bill I just paid back simple as that I'm not paying for something I have tos end back no thanks

You still owed Sky for the missed payments as explained above.

No I know that they ain't active until like 8-9 in the morning, I was just seeing if someone could help me out so will they let me keep my sky stream as I've paid it off like

If they are sending packaging out to return the equipment (puck I presume) it sounds like you were more than the 56 days in arrears so they are cancelling your subscription.
