I've lost the will to live!!

In summary... 3 hours to place an order to switch from Virgin to Sky. Order was wrong, even though I'd asked for a streaming puck at least 10 times. Another hour on the phone explaining what went wrong, to 4 people so far. I just want the puck box I ordered...why is it so difficult to BUY your products. AArrrrgggghhhh!!

Why was the order wrong when you placed it online as you are not being clear as to what happened. Remember we are customers here who help each other.

One complication is that the hardware is loaned and the content is subscribed to: neither is a purchase.
