I've been charged for skyq equipment non return yet I never received anything to return it.

Been charged for non return on sky q equipment yet I never received anything to return it. This now makes it difficult for me to pay my current bill and will now be delayed on paying this.

@Natashaw91  You could always use your own packaging you can also print off the labels for the returns here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband.

 

Until the items are returned the fee won't be refunded.

Remember to keep your proof of posting.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
