I paid

I recently credited £95 to my account to make up for a missed payment, but it's still trying to deduct it from my bank account. Shouldn't it have been paid by now?

Sky will take the payment from whatever details you have setup on your account so if it is a direct debit and this was not taken or failed they will try again 10 days later so during this time there is no need to make any manual payments.

The credit will remain on your account and will be used against your next bill so there is actually no need to make any manual payments as you have done.

@dzhan your manual payment has likely gone towards next month's bill, leaving your current bill unpaid until it's taken from your bank account.

If you have a direct debit there's no need to make manual payments. If you miss a payment Sky will automatically try again 10 days later which I suspect is what has happened here

  • My balance doesn't show any money. That money has been used.

If this was the first time the  direct debit failed Sky would automatically take it  again 10 days later, no manual payment needed at this stage. In fact if you do it, will automatically  go as credit against your next bill not pay you present bill. If you now look in your next predicted  bill in the my Sky app you will probably see a credit for the manual amount you made.Sky still automatically try and take by direct debit againat this stage as told in the email they probably sent you.

Hi @dzhan   The balance reflects the credit for your next bill in May. It doesn't mean that the April bill is paid.

That is quite  normal ,my bill shows zero balence bill paid days before they actually take from. Y  bank on direct debit. It the way Sky work, that they have stated  the direct debit process. As I said previously if you look on your may bill you will probably see a credit for the amount you made by manual payment.
