I paid my bills by card on the 10th of September and yous are trying to take it again. Saying paymen

I paid my bill on the 10th of September by card and you's text me today after trying to take double payment saying my payment was late

If you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. The payment you've made might have gone towards next months bill so a credit will appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid. This should automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. I would recommend not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky.

However, if you prefer, once your extra payment is showing as a credit we can perhaps get you some help in getting it refunded (within the standard 3-5 working days) through the Messaging Team. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that having confirmed it’s showing as a credit.

If you have a monthly direct debit or automatic card payment in place (as required by Sky) there's no need to make additional manual payments. It's likely that your manual payment will set against next month's bill so you'll still need to allow the automated payment to go through for this month.
