I paid my Bill for internet and it doesn’t work, there’s no internet

I paid the internet bill, the money went through for the internet. I still don't have the internet and it says bill to pay £0.00 means that I paid.

Presuming your payment was late resulting in your services being restricted, before Sky reinstate your services you will have to pay what you still owe and also set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will also have to pay the next bill as well. Any calls to Sky will usually just direct you to make a payment.

If you can’t pay it all in one go you can pay what you want, when you want, but until the bill is paid off in full Sky will not reinstate your services. Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay.

Depending on your previous payment history you may be able to pay all but £25 which will then be added to the next bill but this doesn’t apply to mobile phone restrictions.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but be aware this may not be instant (it also takes longer at a weekend when banks are closed). Once you’ve done all this, if you have a query regarding your bill/payments you can then contact Sky and discuss it.

Has yours come back on yet? Same has happened to me, full bill has been paid and continuous payment method and still no internet!

Ah, I've never had broadband restricted before. 
I am leaving sky in 2 weeks to try talk talk as got a better deal with fibre so wander sure if they had just cut me off because of that. Even though I don't switch until 19th
