I need help. I've got a direct debit set up for my mobile phone bill, but every month I keep getting a balance carried forward put in my phone bill double and I don't know why I try and explain to Sky that I have a direct debit set up and I always have money in my account for the bill to come out, however, I keep getting a bill carried over

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
