Since yesterday afternoon my sky tv has stopped working. I can hear the sound but the screen is totally black, but if I press pause I get the advertisement screensaver. I can see the Home Screen, but select a live channel - it goes black, go into playlist select a show- it goes black. Yet the sound is there. I have done a soft reboot ( standby and switch off plug) a hard reboot, a full reinstall, plugged into the router via Ethernet, checked network settings everything is apparently fine. Gone through all of the trouble shooting guides. Nothing works. I now want to speak to a human but can't find the right number
