I’m a new customer
My partner has left but sky is in his name, he's cancelled it so I want to be a new sky customer

You aren’t directly contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.
You originally posted he had cancelled, now you're saying you need to get him to cancel? As and when he cancels there is a notice period before the services are switched off (31 days for TV and 14 days for broadband). You can't sign up til after that.
