I keep getting charged for films but was told I would get my credit back and it has just charged me

I keep getting charged for films but was told my account was credited now I owe 135 which is a lot of money.

£135 is an awful lot of films. Were these from Sky Box Office, or Sky Store? You're going to have to give Sky a call, I'm afraid.
