I have cancelled my broadband services, but now I got a statement for outstanding payment.

I canceled Sky service early this year, and also got refunds in May this year. Not sure what kind of Sky services I am still subscribing to?

In fact, I have returned Sky Broadband router and equipment prior to my official cancellation of the broadband services. The reason why my equipment returned to Sky prior to the official cancellation was because I am not aware my first submission of cancellation was failed, meanwhile I have switched to another service provider.  After I found out my bank account keeps charging for the services, I became aware of this problem, so I submitted my cancellation again.

How did you cancel? When did you receive confirmation from Sky,that your services had been successfully cancelled?

My cancellation should be confirmed at April/May this year, and I got the refund at end May this year.

My first attempt to cancel the termination is via Sky web site, and the second attempt also via Sky web site and got the confirmation.

I would give Sky a call about this so they can look into it for you.

Under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Thank you. Since my ears problem, I have difficulty to communicate over the phone.  I would like to communicate with them via email, but seems there are no way to communicate with Sky via writing.

Chances are that meant the returned hardware didn't land in the correct location within Sky, and so is still marked on their records as being outstanding and consequently incurring a penalty fee.

Sky has removed the equipment charge, is it means Sky has got the equipment that I returned, and record corrected.
