I have been charged extra

I have set a direct debit and sky charge me £29 per month but this time they charge me £46 I don't understand why

Your bill will show you the details ìf you've been with Sky for a while, have your discounts expired, perhaps?

Are you new to Sky, as the first two bills can be higher as they can cover a long period than the usual 4 weeks as explained here:

So have you checked your future bills to see what they show:
