I had a phone call in May to offer discount. My bill was reduced to £76 which never took place.
I had a phone call in May to offer discount. My bill was reduced to £76 which never took place. Now I’m being asked to set up a new direct debit for double the amount. I have an email and reference number confirming the new agreement. And I can't speak to anyone which is most frustrating.! Please can someone help.

That is a red flag for me - I suspect it may not have been Sky calling you or offering you that discount.
And I can't speak to anyone which is most frustrating.!
What issue are you having in calling?

If you are already a paying Sky customer then there would be no need to setup another direct debit so did you give the caller any Sky account or financial details ?
