I did not make this account

So, I received an email yesterday asking to verify the account that was made. I thought nothing off it and ignored it. Then, I began to receive more emails, informing me that a device was on the way. 
I cannot call anybody from this company as I do not reside within the country or region. 
How do I cancel this account or at least get it so the person that has requested this device and product is fully responsible and received the communications for it.

Hi @Ididntsignup   It definitely sounds like scammers and identity theft. Is it your name or has somebody simply put in the wrong email address. Has somebody hacked into your email address?

It would be unusual for a scammer to set up such an account because they cannot have devices delivered anywhere but the UK and Republic of Ireland.
