I canceled my hyperotic broadband

Hi my name is zanyar gharighi

last time sky called me and offered me £27 package per month so I canceled my hyperoptic broadband and I would like to activate my skywifi again

Did you accept the offer at the time?  Cancelling with a current ISP and then ordering broadband from a different supplier will result in a considerable period without any service.

You don't need to cancel your existing service.

 

This is what the One Touch Switch services does.

 

You simply order a new service for a provider and they tell your old provider when to cease.  (The idea being most people want continuity of service)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
