I can’t make a payment for one of my item because it’s not showing up on my orders

I got a letter saying I haven't made a payment so I log in and it's not on my account or under my orders so I can't make the payment and it's messing up my credit score

What services do you have from Sky, so Sky Q, Mobile etc and  take it you do not have a direct debit setup on your account ?

 

Have you been a customer of Sky in the past who cancelled and returned after being away for a year or more ?

It's a iPad and I don't have a direct debit set up
