I can’t get my vip vue tickets iv upgraded to sky cinema and still can’t get them

I have not been able to get my free vue tickets I upgrade to sky cinema still not getting them although it's in my vip

 this has been from 1st of November for my year anniversary could not get them and I upgraded to sky cinema 2 weeks ago and still not getting most my  vip rewards not just the vue tickets another 3/4 rewards are not available

And you have started a 12/18 month contract for Sky Movies or are you on a limited trial ?

How do you claim your free cinema tickets once youve upgraded I still cant waiting 3 months now?

If you have got Sky Cinema on your package then the free Cinema Tickets reward should be found via the MySky app that you can install on your phone.

Iv the app for years can't get most rewards from it still the same it's ridiculous
