I am owed a refund

I tried to cancel sky tv and asked 6 months prior to my contract ending to cancel. This was accepted over the phone by a sky representative. When my contract came to an end I was charged a following £110 which I was told to pay or receive a follow up fine. I could not cancel this course of action over the phone or chat without paying. So I paid to stop the fine and then could speak to another representative. Once this was all done I was told I did not need to have paid this bill and it would be refunded. The refund needed a month even though it was admitted to be skys fault. It has now been nearly 2 months and I have not received my refund. I have been harassed and threatened with further action by sky into parting with money and when apologised and told I would be refunded as soon as possible (a month) I have had to wait nearly 2 months. There are no contact numbers easily available to use for this and the chat bot has limited answers and when it doesn't have an answer it shut down the chat instead of passing you to someone who could help. Any danger sky of being even remotely helpful and returning a customers money after they have been with you for over 4 years?

@Conor123456   When you phone Sky don't say anything when it asks for a response, eventually it should put you in a queue for the next available agent

I am just another Sky customer!
