It your Disney account on you main Sky bill?  If so you need to contact Sky to cancel. If you want to cancel altogether and not take advantage of to  activate  Sky Disney deal you may need to give 31  day notice if you are on monthly  contract. If you are  on minimum term your only option probably will get it taken off your main sky tv account and activate the sky Disney deal though Sky marketplace . You will probably pay reduced amount for the first month as you present subscription is the premium tie, once activated you can downgrade to free basic tier from the next month. If you take up and activate the new sky deal you shout not need to give any notice you just need to contact sky to have it removed from you main sky account and they should do immediately

The way the third-party app subscriptions ( including the "free bundled" tiers) are via app subscriptions through your Sky account, so if link your Disney and Sky plus accounts together than appears on your Sky Account as a Sky Marketplace Disney App subscription ( which would be free if you are on the included tier).
