I Returned Q box and power leads
Hi there I returned Q box and all power leads to Sky on the 31/12/24, you keep sending texts to returned equipment please stop this I have a receipt of proof that I sent it back. Please let me know you got this also I have Neen trying to send you a photo of the receipt but keeps coming back not sent can you give me an e-mail address where to send it to thanks. Karl Thompson.

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.
Unipart deal with returns and they are taking a number of weeks to process equipment. As you have proof of posting and we can maybe get you some help from Skys Messaging Team. Let us know. The alternative is calling Sky.
If you have the proof it should be fairly straightforward process.
Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t like them on the forum.

Thanks Daniel I have been trying to find an e-mail address to send a photo of proof that I sent it all back but can't find anything not even a phone number where you can speak to someone, sky's customer service are rubbish how do they expect you too co

Sky don't use email for general communication. I can escalate your issue to the Messaging Team on here if you wish or alternatively give you a link to a phone number.

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later.
Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.

Been trying to send a photo of my receipt to sky but haven't an email address too send it to it keeps failing, all I want is to show them proof of returned equipment
