To remove a Sky Q Multiscreen subscription you need to call and give Sky 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.

Packaging will be sent near the end of the notice period for returning the loaned mini box. Obtain and keep proof of posting indefinitely. 

For Sky+ Multiroom you still have to contact Sky giving the required notice.

You can't remove it via here so use this link to get in touch with Sky to give them 31 days notice to cancel it.
