How to remove items from package - out of contract?

The website says I can manage my packages, but the only options seem to be to add extra items.

 

I contacted Sky by chat, but they only offered a new contract at £37 more a month than I am currently paying out of contract!!

 

Can't get through to speak on phone to anyone in retentions.

 

I've been a Sky customer for many many years. Never had a big problem with renewing. Always been able to spoeak to someone with access to deals.

 

Have spent 2 hours going back and forth today. On the verge of cancelling SKY altogether.

Wnat is it the you want to remove ?

 

You might be able to do this online here:
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs


If not then you will need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.

I've managed to give notice to cancel multiscreen via online chat - after a long journey to get to an agent.

 

I used to really rate SKY customer service, and tell my friends, but the nonsense I've been through today will make me think seriously about cancelling altogether.
