Just to point out that if you remove Sky Go Extra you will no longer be able to use the app on a console or download content to the app as you will only be able to stream.
You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.
If you call then say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.
