Is it me or is it impossible to renew/make changes online or through the app (or Q box for that matter) - despite all the blurb appearing to detail how simple it is and to just do this or that?
Get presented with a 'your contract is ending soon' and to click to find out more - but when I do it takes me to a page that is no longer working. When I eventually get to the list of my contents - I can see expiry dates but no ability to take any action. App is exactly the same.
