How to Renew Subscriptions

Is it me or is it impossible to renew/make changes online or through the app (or Q box for that matter) - despite all the blurb appearing to detail how simple it is and to just do this or that?

Get presented with a 'your contract is ending soon' and to click to find out more - but when I do it takes me to a page that is no longer working. When I eventually get to the list of my contents - I can see expiry dates but no ability to take any action.  App is exactly the same.

All you can do is to call Sky as sometimes they can beat any online offer is you stay on the line long enough to get through to them,
