My neighbour has passed we are clearing his flat there was a sky box attached to his tv.
His bank accounts are frozen all we wanted to do was let sky know just in case he was still a customer but trying to do it of actually contact someone is ludicrous so glad we do not use Sky

Unfortunately, as a neighbour Sky will be limited in what they can discuss with you. It would be better if the account holders next of kin contacts Sky if at all possible.
