Im being sent around the houses regarding cancelling a free trial offer that im being charged for. No one is returning calls as promised and my account has changed without my consent. Getting very poor service from all agents i talk to. Being a loyal customer means nothing.

There's no way to specify a UK call centre when you call. You're connected to the next available adviser regardless of location.
