How do I remove account restrictions

I need to top up my mobile, I'm away from home however it says my account is restricted as I have no products and I do! Can't get in to top up I'm stuck

That suggests you may be signing in to the wrong Sky ID. Check that you're using the same email address or name and password that you used when you purchased your mobile.
