I'm trying to download my bill but I can't find this option on the app. Can anyone help because sky virtual assistant was useless.

You need to access via a web browser to download the bills.

www.sky.com/bill

Thanks but that link takes me to my app. I have tried to login on my desktop PC but it say "something went wrong please try again later". It's been like this for days!

Try typing the url into the browser on your phone in that case rather than clicking the link. It works for me doing it that way and loads via the web browser rather than the MySky app.
