Home owner has passed away

The house holder has passed away but the account is in his sons name, but is not contactable. What do I do?

Sorry for your loss.

 

As the son is the account holder then it would be up to him to cancel the account if this is what he wants to do.

It's wholly the responsibility of the account holder.  I don't think there's anything you can do in this situation.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
