I need to re arrange my cancelled home move and I am currently on holiday and don't want to pay loads to wait in a que and call

@Danny6018  If you can't reschedule it through the MySky app or online your only option is to call, the community of customers can't amend anything on your account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
