Hi

I noticed in my account, that my flat number isn't in my address with you. Just the building address.

I was meant to have broadband activated on Thursday, Openreach arrived to do what they had to do but I don't have any service still.

I was wonder if because there's no flat number listed, you are trying to supply the wrong one?

As we are customers here to get your address updated you will need to call Sky.

How do I contact them?

I can't get a number from the 'contact us' page.

150 is the number if you have a Sky sim in a mobile phone or use any number you can find as long as it starts with 03.
