Hi i cont pay my tv bill until the end of the month and my tv off just want to know if you can help me am struggling us it is

If your TV is already restricted, you'll have to pay the outstanding bill first. You could then call to ask if Sky can reduce your future bills. They may not be able to if you're currently in contract.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Ellie130 Just to make you aware you are not talking to Sky here, the forum is customer to customer support witha few Sky staff who can only assist with certain issues.
If your services are currently restricted then there is nothing that can be done until the outstanding bill is paid in full, if that is more than 2 weeks after it was initially due then Sky will probably insist on next months bill being paid aswell before services are restored.
