Just trying to access rewards but getting message saying 'I'm ineligible' even though I've had phone, tv and mobile for 13 years. Any ideas how I should proceed? Thanks

No not really. It says that you have to have mobile, broadband, tv packages to access vip rewards. I have all of these and have had for years so 'who knows' why I'm ineligible???

Are all your services linked to your Sky ID so that they all appear on your bill ?
