Hi, i can't access my rewards as I'm apparently 'ineligible' even though I've been with Sky 13 year

Just trying to access rewards but getting message saying 'I'm ineligible' even though I've had phone, tv and mobile for 13 years. Any ideas how I should proceed? Thanks

When it says you are not eligible there is usually a list of possible reasons so do any apply to you ?

No not really. It says that you have to have mobile, broadband, tv packages to access vip rewards. I have all of these and have had for years so 'who knows' why I'm ineligible???

Are all your services linked to your Sky ID so that they all appear on your bill ?

I take it you have never paid a bill late so that your services had been suspended in your time with Sky ?

Hi, 

 

Did you get this one sorted? 

 

I am facing a similar issue for over a year, after I accepted a hard sell for Stream+Netflix which I then cancelled because their Netflix did not support the Household Add-on. 

 

Since then whatever I try to purchase on the website gets me to an ineligible URL: 

https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/ineligible

https://www.sky.com/glass/buy/ineligible

https://www.sky.com/mysky/broadband?customer=ineligible

https://www.sky.com/glass/buy/stream/ineligible

 

I've tried toget it sorted over the phone with Cutsomer Support, but they dont see anything out of the ordinary with my account.

 

And there's other funny stuff; I no longer get confirmation emails when I participate in Sky VIP competitions. 

 

And Customer Support is so clueless that when I asked them to correct my VIP status as I've been with them since 2012 they corrected it but changed my address to one I moved from since 2020 and they still haven't fixed that. 

 

Most likley another supplier is the solution; my account seems corrupted and I have no incentive to continue with Sky on a new account.
