Hi bill payment

Saying missed payment but c9me off few days  later and restricted my accoynt wanr to cancel disabled and mental health wouls l8kw to b3 contacted manager make complaint

@Deebo1982  If you've missed a payment services will be restricted until the balance is cleared and a new direct debit setup, Sky won't let you cancel when your services are restricted and you owe money.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I think you're saying you want a manager to contact you. That won't happen for two reasons-:

  1. Sky won't / can't contact you based on your post. Your Community username isn't linked to any Sky accounts you may have, so no one knows who you are anyway.

  2. when your services are restricted due to a non payment Sky won't talk to you anyway until the outstanding amount is paid and you have set up a payment method.
