Hi I’m trying to pay my bill online and it’s saying page restricted?

Hi I'm trying to pay my wifi bill online as I've received email that it's overdue and it's not letting me access my bills on the sky app or on browser, plus it's also saying I've no products with sky but I have the broadband out?
